Kelly may be looking into the job on X-Factor. She recently expressed her joy of judging on the hit reality show, “”The X Factor is an amazing show and Simon knows that all he has to do is call me. I love Simon because he’s so honest. When I watch everything he says I agree with.”

Kelly also agrees with everything that Simon has to say even though he is a little harsh at times. “If you’re going to do something, you have to do it right. So when we see an upcoming artist, you either see potential or you don’t see anything at all. It’s important to be completely open and honest with them,” She says.

With that being said Kelly would be a nice addition to the X-Factor judge table.

Dannii Minogue may be leaving X-Factor and Kelly Rowland has been cited to fill in the spot, but that is only if Mel B denies the Job.

I think it is a great move on her behalf, but than again she does have an album coming out so it could hold her back on promoting. Another thing is that her former DC Pal Beyonce is also very popular with the show and rumors have been floating around that they don’t get along anymore.

X-Factor has signed Beyonce up to perform for this season. She is reportedly going to be on the show in November which makes since because she will be back in the UK on tour. Pink and Shakira are also signed up to perform.

After the impact she had on Last Years show I don’t blame them.

An insider told The Sun: “The last series proved anything is possible when Beyonce performed with Alex. The final got 15million viewers and that is enough to entice the biggest stars on to our stage.”
